Join the Downtown Newark Association for a red, white & blue celebration to kick off the weekend before Independence day. This event will feature a patriotic pet parade including adoptable dogs from the Licking County Humane Society, a performance by the Licking County 4-H Band, a demonstration on drunk driving from the Licking County Health Department and a collection for flags that need to be retired.
