LCHS is proud to partner with the Licking County Trap-Neuter-Return (LCTNR) Program to move socialized community cats into loving, indoor homes.  These community cats are fully vetted and treated for illness/injuries by LCTNR.  LCTNR then places the cats in foster homes to fine-tune their social skills.  When they are ready, the cats are placed for adoption at LCHS, where the LCHS staff members handle the meet-and-greets and adoption process.  These special cats can be found in their own cat condo in the LCHS lobby, clearly marked with signage from LCTNR.
