C-TEC of Licking County and LCHS are partners in launching C-TEC’s new Veterinary Science program. This program is a wonderful way to provide animal experience to Licking County’s future vet assistants, vet techs, animal caregivers, and veterinarians.
(PLEASE NOTE: our shelter animals will NOT be used for any invasive procedures (no blood draws, no injections, etc.); our pets are providing an opportunity for students to study animal behavior in a non-invasive, gentle way.)
Together, C-TEC and LCHS will teach many ambitious students the best ways to provide care to animals. Together, we are promoting the LCHS mission of rescuing animals to improve lives. If you would like to learn more about the Veterinary Science program at C-TEC, click here.
