Affordable Wellness Clinic Information
NOTE – This is NOT the Spay/Neuter Clinic! Wellness clinics are for non-emergency preventative care (vaccines, etc.). CONTACT YOUR LOCAL VET OR PET HOSPITAL IN THE CASE OF AN EMERGENCY.
To make or change a wellness clinic appointment, please use the link below:
PLEASE NOTE: Only 1 pet per timeslot should be entered and a maximum of TWO pets per family can be seen per clinic.
We require you to pay a $30 NON-REFUNDABLE vet exam fee in order to have your sign up processed. Please note: the $30 examination fee you pay to sign up only covers the veterinarian’s examination of your pet; there will be additional charges for preventative medications/vaccines/other services.
If you are interested in signing up for other services (like Spay/Neuter) while you’re at our Wellness Clinic, please schedule your wellness appointment for after 12 pm. This ensures that we will have the staff available to assist you in spay/neuter scheduling.
What Services Do We Offer?
We are a Humane Society that is offering a low-cost service to our community – we are not a veterinary practice.
We are unable (unequipped) to see sick or injured pets. If your animal is injured or ill, you will need to contact your regular veterinarian or an emergency veterinary hospital and have your pet seen by them.
Although we are not a full-service veterinary practice, we do offer some basic care such as pet exams, screenings for heartworm and tick-borne diseases, feline leukemia testing, core vaccinations, and preventative products.
If your pet only needs prevention (heartworm, flea/tick), and you and your pet have previously been seen at our clinic in the past year, you may come in as a ‘walk-in’ during the scheduled hours of any clinic.

Before Your Appointment
In order for your pet to receive vaccinations at the clinic, they must be healthy and at least 8 weeks (2 months) of age.
In order for us to serve you in as timely a manner as possible, please print and fill out the Registration Form and have it ready to present to our staff when you arrive. You can find the Registration form to print and fill out by clicking here.
You will NOT be able to pay online, so please bring payment with you on the day of your clinic. We can accept cash, check, and credit.
Please bring printed copies of any PREVIOUS VACCINE RECORDS for your pet to the clinic. This will help us to provide your pet with what they need. We will not call your vet or look at records on your phone.
When You Arrive For Appointment
We ask that no more than 2 animals be brought per person (there is a maximum of 2 pets able to be signed up per family for each clinic!)
All dogs must be on slip-proof leashes and collars and all cats must be in carriers. Please do not bring dogs with bark collars; other dog’s barking can trigger a response from your dog’s collar. We will not see fractious/unruly pets. Each animal will receive a physical exam ($30, paid when you register) prior to any administration of any vaccine to ensure they are healthy enough to be vaccinated.
Please bring a printed copy of your pet’s previous veterinary vaccination records.
